Wednesdays, February 8 April 18 (no class April 11); 10 am 12:30 pm Performance: April 25
Ken Skrzesz & Doug Yetter, Instructors; Tuition: $180
For students 50 and up, it’s your chance to sing the “Lullaby of Broadway” and other toe-tapping numbers from the hit musical 42ND STREET. Without the added pressure of staging and memorization, learn the whole score to the show with musical director Doug Yetter. These 10 sessions culminate in a public concert.
- Monologue Study: Sundays, January 29 February 26
Scene Study: Sundays, March 4 April 1
5:30 7 pm, Beginners; Elaine Faye, Instructor
7-8:30 pm, Experienced; Ken Skrzesz, Instructor
Tuition: $75 per seminar
These expanded 5-week seminars allow adults of all experience levels to focus on character development and acting technique through monologue or scene work. Those looking to hone basic acting technique will feel comfortable in the Beginner’s classes, while stage veterans can challenge themselves in the Experienced level class. Each seminar culminates with a final in-class performance.

Policies
- Any kind of “exercise” clothing is acceptable. Clothing should be made of stretch fabric. (No jeans or constricting clothing.)
- Jazz shoes or light-weight sneakers are acceptable.
- Long hair must be secured away from the face in a pony tail or braid. No hats are permitted.
- No cell phones, pagers or alarms allowed in class.
- Inclement Weather Policy: In case of inclement weather, please call 302.227.2270 for updates.
- Holidays and Closings: The semester calendar allows for holidays and conflicting events at Clear Space. Please refer to your registration acceptance letter for class meeting dates.
- Scholarships: Scholarships and senior discounts are offered to students in need (please see Scholarship Application link at right).
- Refund schedule:
Before First Class: 75% (Unless Class is at Capacity); After First Class-50%; After Second Class-No Refunds
- All course content is aligned with the National Standards of Arts in Education and the Delaware State Arts Curriculum.
