A GRAND NIGHT FOR SINGING!
The Clear Space Chorus performs “A Grand Night For Singing – The Music of Hollywood” on May 4th at 3:00 in the Little Theatre of Cape Henlopen High in Lewes, and May 16th at 7:30 at the Mariner’s Bethel UMC (81 Central Ave) in Ocean View. The concert features songs that were nominated or won the Academy Award, including Over the Rainbow, Born Free, Three Coins in the Fountain, Windmills of Your Mind, Swingin’ on a Star, The Shadow of Your Smile, The Summer Knows, You’ll Never Know, Chattanooga Choo Choo, On the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe, When You Wish Upon a Star, Chim Chim Cheree, Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah, Can You Feel the Love Tonight, True Love, You Light Up My Life, Moon River, Love is a Many-Splendored Thing and Lullaby of Broadway. Soloists Erin Williams and Ken Skrzesz will perform individually as well as together in two duets. BROADWAY VOICES
Join Broadway star Deidre Goodwin as she presents her one-woman show Saturday, May 31 at 7:00 or Sunday, June 1 at 3:00 in the Little Theatre of Cape Henlopen High. Having appeared in shows such as “Chicago (opposite Melanie Griffith),” “Nine (with Antonio Bandaras and Chita Rivera),” “Dreamgirls,” “Jesus Christ Superstar,” “Smoky Joe’s Café,” and currently starring in the revival of “A Chorus Line,” Ms. Goodwin presents songs and stories highlighting her fabulous career – from performing in Branson to starring on Broadway! Prior to the Sunday matinee audience members have the option to enjoy a fantastic brunch at Fish On! in Lewes. JANUARY 2009 BUS TRIP

CSP is planning a two-night bus trip toNew York City, January 13-15. The trip would include transportation to and from New York and hotel accommodations. Show tickets will not be included in the price, but the trip has been scheduled at the time of year where lines at half-price booths are very short and tickets are readily available.
